隨(sui)著建(jian)筑(zhu)塔吊(diao)出租行業的不(bu)斷發(fa)展,現在很多的建(jian)筑(zhu)塔吊(diao)設(she)備的使(shi)用技術(shu)也隨(sui)之增加(jia),塔吊(diao)液壓(ya)頂(ding)升(sheng)系統通過頂(ding)升(sheng)和(he)下降塔吊(diao)套架來實現增加(jia)或(huo)減少標準節,使(shi)塔吊(diao)能隨(sui)著建(jian)筑(zhu)物高(gao)度(du)變化而(er)升(sheng)高(gao)或(huo)降低,從而(er)滿足不(bu)同高(gao)度(du)建(jian)筑(zhu)物的垂(chui)直(zhi)運輸需要。
該系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)主要(yao)由(you)液壓泵站、液壓頂(ding)升油缸、鎖(suo)閥(fa)及高壓軟管組成;在塔吊(diao)頂(ding)升作業時(shi),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)需要(yao)承載(zai)塔吊(diao)上(shang)部結構三十多噸的重量(liang),系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)工作壓力達(da)到(dao)18Mpa以上(shang),屬于高壓液壓系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)。該系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)具有體積小、重量(liang)輕、比功率大、運行平穩等優點(dian),但(dan)同時(shi)又存(cun)在傳(chuan)動(dong)效(xiao)率低、易產生(sheng)故(gu)障等缺陷。
由于塔(ta)(ta)吊的液(ye)壓(ya)頂(ding)升系統(tong)(tong)屬(shu)于密封帶壓(ya)的管(guan)路循環系統(tong)(tong),管(guan)路中油液(ye)的流(liu)動情況,液(ye)壓(ya)元件內部(bu)(bu)的零件動作和密封是否損壞(huai)都不(bu)(bu)易察覺到,因此分(fen)析故(gu)(gu)障的原因和判斷故(gu)(gu)障的部(bu)(bu)位都比較困難。有(you)眾多塔(ta)(ta)吊事(shi)故(gu)(gu)中,半(ban)數是因為(wei)系統(tong)(tong)出現(xian)故(gu)(gu)障后處置(zhi)不(bu)(bu)當而引發的,為(wei)避免重大設備事(shi)故(gu)(gu)發生(sheng),如何預防液(ye)壓(ya)頂(ding)升系統(tong)(tong)故(gu)(gu)障就成了一個急待解決的的問題(ti)。
