隨著(zhu)建筑(zhu)塔(ta)吊(diao)出(chu)租行業的(de)不斷發展,現(xian)在很多的(de)建筑(zhu)塔(ta)吊(diao)設備的(de)使(shi)用技術(shu)也隨之增加,塔(ta)吊(diao)液壓頂升系統通過頂升和下(xia)降(jiang)塔(ta)吊(diao)套架來實現(xian)增加或減(jian)少標準(zhun)節,使(shi)塔(ta)吊(diao)能(neng)隨著(zhu)建筑(zhu)物(wu)高(gao)度(du)(du)變化而升高(gao)或降(jiang)低,從而滿足不同高(gao)度(du)(du)建筑(zhu)物(wu)的(de)垂(chui)直運輸需要。
該系統(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要(yao)由液(ye)壓(ya)泵站、液(ye)壓(ya)頂(ding)升油缸、鎖閥及高壓(ya)軟管(guan)組成;在塔吊頂(ding)升作業時,系統(tong)(tong)需要(yao)承載塔吊上部結構三十多噸的重(zhong)量,系統(tong)(tong)工作壓(ya)力達到18Mpa以上,屬于(yu)高壓(ya)液(ye)壓(ya)系統(tong)(tong)。該系統(tong)(tong)具有體積(ji)小、重(zhong)量輕、比(bi)功(gong)率大、運行平穩等優點,但(dan)同(tong)時又存在傳動效率低(di)、易(yi)產生故(gu)障等缺陷。
由于(yu)塔吊(diao)的液(ye)(ye)壓頂升(sheng)系統(tong)屬于(yu)密封(feng)帶壓的管路(lu)循環(huan)系統(tong),管路(lu)中(zhong)油液(ye)(ye)的流(liu)動(dong)情況,液(ye)(ye)壓元件(jian)內部的零(ling)件(jian)動(dong)作和密封(feng)是否損壞都不易察覺到(dao),因此分析故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的原因和判斷故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)的部位都比較困難。有(you)眾(zhong)多塔吊(diao)事(shi)故(gu)(gu)中(zhong),半數(shu)是因為系統(tong)出現故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)后處置不當而引發的,為避(bi)免重大設(she)備事(shi)故(gu)(gu)發生(sheng),如何預防液(ye)(ye)壓頂升(sheng)系統(tong)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)就成了一個急待解決的的問題。
